The lifeblood of any charitable project is its volunteers. We need men and women that can be generous with their time the weekend of the event. We are asking that all volunteers be at least 14 years old and have available transportation. A volunteer shift will last for four (4) hours, but all volunteers are welcome to stay longer or even come back later during the event. Wherever possible, we will match you with your specific request or area of interest. Here are some of the areas that our volunteers can assist with this exciting event.
- Checking in all couples that are to be married and escorting them to their perspective groom and bridal suites
- Being available to assist the bride and groom before their ceremony
- Direct guests to the proper rooms and areas
- Notify the event organizers of any issues that need to be addressed
- Ensuring that the wedding hall is ready for the next wedding
- Ensuring that the reception hall is ready for the next reception
- Operate computer or audio/video equipment for each wedding
- Operate computer or audio/video equipment for each reception
- Helping with miscellaneous issues and tasks as needed

If you are an active wedding officiant, videographer, florist, baker or DJ, we need your help! This event will run non-stop around the clock and we welcome the wedding professional community to come out and be a part of the fun. We will rely on your generosity to provide free services that will help raise funds for the Atlanta Children's Shelter.
